We have our cold asphalt made from nearly 100% post-consumer recycled materials, unlike traditional “cutback” asphalt patching products which use light distillate petroleum solvents, such as kerosene and diesel. The volatile organic compounds present in these solvents combine with nitrogen oxides in the presence of sunlight to form ozone.
